Economic Census 2023 records 1.2 mln establishments, nearly 950,000 in services sector

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 29 — The Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM) has enumerated a total of 1.2 million establishments in the country following the Economic Census 2023 carried out from April to September 2023.

DOSM launches two portals as part of modernisation initiatives

KUALA LUMPUR, April 17 — The Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM) today launched DOSM's New Portal & Mobile Application and Economic Census Portal as an initiative for the modernisation of the national statistical delivery system.
